Matthew Barone

Biography

Matthew joined the Schlom research group in 2017. Currently, he uses Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) to grow complex oxides for high-frequency tunable dielectric applications. Before coming to Cornell, Matthew studied Materials Science at the University of Virginia.
